Day 27 and more...

Got to meet Scooby!!!
It is Day 27 of 30 days of positive change. It has been a busy time for me. But still managed to do something positive each day.
Today, I decided to do something crazy. I asked a guy out on a date. He declined because he has a girlfriend. I’m cool with it because I asked. Yay!!!

Here is a quick recap of the other days:
Day 6: I tried to make a new friend. I did my best. We’ll see how it works out.
Day 7: I broke out of my shell by inviting myself to work with my co-workers.
Day 8: Start a good habit. I am waking up at the same time each day.
Day 9: Discover a new music artist. I have discovered The Weeknd. Great artist.
Day 10: Do a random act of kindness. I brought burgers for two kids who didn’t have enough money.
Day 11: Answer a question you’ve always wondered about. I wondered if I could actually stop procrastinating so much.
Day 12: Make something I’ve never made before. I tried to make candy. It didn’t work but it was fun trying.
Day 13: Do something I’ve always wanted to do. I wanted to fly a drone. Unfortunately, it rained. But a rain date has been set.
Day 14: Go somewhere you’ve never been. I went to this really cool coffeehouse in Goldsboro.
Day 15: Drive a new route home. I did and got hopelessly lost and had to call a friend to guide me home.
Day 16: Try a new makeup look. I didn’t like this because I don’t like makeup.
Day 17: Try a new lipstick color. I like red lipstick. I tried a lighter one. It was okay.
Day 18: Rearrange a room. I tried to rearrange the bedroom but my bed is too heavy. So I semi-arranged.
Day 19: Create a new outfit from what you already have. I paired this strapless white dress with a jean jacket.
Day 20: Do something spontaneous. I walked to the McDonald’s and decided to eat lunch in the park.
Day 21: Learn a new word and use it in an everyday sentence. The word is bucolic (of, pertaining to or suggesting an idyllic rural life). I had to take pictures in the Albertson community. It was almost bucolic. I couldn’t not imagine living there.
Day 22: Try a new hair style. I tried high ponytail. It didn’t work.
Day 23: Get dressed in the opposite order of how I normally do it. I put my pants on first.
Day 24: Cook a new recipe. Easy Beef Enchiladas. Very zesty.
Day 25: Learn a new skill. I am trying to learn more about cars.
Day 26: Try a new food. I tried avocados. I didn’t like them.

It has been quite adventure and I still have three days left.

Daily Dose
